Some helpful advice if you intend to farm jesters. You want to be insane and not a mouthy moron. The difference being insane people think poorly. As opposed to them not being able to think at all. You get a jester for being somewhat entertaining, and this post is just lazy drivel which is well not.

95% of all Steam customers do not even take part in this so-called community. They buy games and play them, which ia exactly what valve built the Steam platform for.

(and that's true for most every platform. I remember thinking when those "18 million people bought the new Zelda on launch day" articles came out, that if there's even 100k people reading/posting about Zelda on Nintendo forums I'd be shocked.)
