Refund request
So I requested a refund for a game I had in my library for 13 days almost 14 I requested the refund before it turned to that 14 day mark I have no playtime on the game I didn’t even install the game and I am just asking can the refund still be accepted because they where the one who took time to accept it I requested it before the deadline

Just wait and find out. If they say "no", that's that. Steam support have the final say in all matters, not us.

Also, in the future, don't wait so long to put your request in. Sooner you do it, the better.

The 14 day rule is from the refund request date, not when steam gets around to issuing the refund. I've requested refunds and whether it is 2 days or 13 or the 14th day makes no difference. I have done refund requests that have been denied and also accepted past the 14 day mark. I have over 2000 games and my steam account is over 20 years old so perhaps they are more forgiving to old accounts or accounts with lots of games. As long as you are not abusing the refund system and its 14 days or prior you will most likely get your refund.

What matters is when you put in the request, not how long it takes Valve's to process it. It would be extremely bad news for Valve if they took last day refund requests drug it out and said, "oh sorry, you're over now, no refund". I mean really think about that and how many people would take issue with that result. It's not how thing works.

Just sit tight. And don't do the inane thing some users do where they cancel a ticket and resubmit it try and speed thing up. Just be patient and wait.

The 14 day rule is from the date of purchase as per the refund policy:

WITHIN two weeks of purchase AND with LESS than two hours of playtime.
