Refund tickets still open after 3 days
A while ago, the refund was after about two hours, now it has been for 3 days, Steam has not responded to the my tickets.

The Summer sale has just ended and there are likely a lot of requests they need to process. Give it time
They will get back to you eventually. Judy got to be patient
Your account is compromised and someone is closing the tickets as Steam Support always replies.

Do all the following NOW to secure the account.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/

2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

3. Change passwords from a clean computer

4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage

5. Revoke the API key at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be NOTHING in the APIKEY)

Once complete resubmit the refund request.

But they said the ticket is still open, not that they're being closed automatically.

They said: Steam has not responded to the my tickets and when others have mentioned this their account was compromised and they followed the advice and received the refund.
