Do all the following NOW to secure the account.
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be NOTHING in the APIKEY)
Once complete resubmit the refund request.
But they said the ticket is still open, not that they're being closed automatically.
They said: Steam has not responded to the my tickets and when others have mentioned this their account was compromised and they followed the advice and received the refund.
