will a game with 0 achievements affect the Avg. Game Completion Rate?
or does it only start counting that game after 1 achievement?

edit: a game that got achievements but i havent unlocked 1 on yet

A game that has achievements but you haven't unlocked one on yet, because its sitting in your library.

Only games you have at least one achievement unlocked will count.
However, if this one achievement happens to be deleted and you are back to zero or the game gets all achievements removed, it will still count.
