começou faz algumas semanas, ele diz ''Você realizou solicitações demais recentemente. Aguarde e tente realizar a sua solicitação novamente mais tarde.'' mesmo assim ele nunca libera nenhuma dos dois serviços. Procurando ja vi que algumas pessoas tambem estão tendo esse problema e parece ser um problema de IP que a propria steam esta causando pelo maior parte dos provedores de internet terem IP compartilhado. Para conseguir usar alguma dessas funções a unica opção esta sendo entrar no app na steam no celular em uma rede de internet movel 4G/5G.

Looking I have already seen that some people are also having this problem and it seems to be an IP problem that Steam itself is causing because most internet providers have a shared IP. To be able to use any of these functions the only option is to access the Steam app on your cell phone on a 4G/5G mobile internet network.
