If that site isn't listed, then it shouldn't be trusted.
Also, the prices on those sites, the official sellers are selling keys obtained via special but legal methods that allows them to sell the key for cheap.
That's not special treatment for those who cannot afford games, it is limited availability for those cheap keys.
If the site is not listed on isthereanydeal.com, then it is a scam site that REsells keys.
Meaning that you are buying an already used key, an illegally obtained key, or getting an account with the game on it (and using an account you didn't create is against the Steam ToS).

G2A is a Dutch company and therefore has to abide by EU consumer laws, some of the most stringent in the world, they're not "ripping" anyone off.
By that logic so do eBay.
Also, ,eBay doesn't just offer "buyer protection" they force it on you, you have to pay for it now, it's included in the final price.
So why aren't you coming at eBay with the same energy?
