Strange overlay. Anyone could help me?

Well with all the details you have provided I can say with no doubt your pc is possessed. You need an exorcist.

I'll randomly guess that what OP means is big picture mode overlay. :freijasip:

Either the new performance overlay that is in the beta and can be turned off in the settings or some other apps overlay like Discord.

Unless the OP wants to clarify, your guess is as good as mine.

Uninstall the app that injects that "strange overlay", problem solved.

Maybe try cleaning your monitor. If you have kids, one of them might have decided to liven up the display.
