That'll be 2 AAA games (if both cost 50$+) each sale and that's plenty.
Honestly, if that's all you have available each month, I'd scale back the amount you want to buy. Choose the two games you think you'll play the most. Play some of your backlog, too. There's always another big Steam sale -- in fact, 4 of them a year.
What percentage of your savings is $291, if it's more than 10%, then no. if it's not, then sure.
Although speaking from experience buying all the games today doesn't mean you'll ever get around to playing them. because new games will come out and some of your purchases won't matter to you in a few months or years.
So I'd say what game do you plan on playing the moment you buy it? What's the next game you'll play after that? I might limit myself to just those two. And it's not like there won't be more sales, or that the Summer Sale is guaranteed especially low prices compared to other sales.
