Thanks for the reply, I read the link you sent but my computer with Wi-Fi does not have the same IP as my cell phone with mobile network. I also did not make many requests or attempt to do something like selling Cards. That's why I was surprised. I get home at night after barely using Steam and I would receive these messages that I had tried too many times... And it lasted about three days where I didn't even try or insist.
