Developers will again all update their games although they havent shown any interest for them the past year or so, to boost sales.
Servers will struggle to handle not only the load of users, but also the load of new updates and people downloading all the 300 10mb hotfixes for something in their library.
You now literally have more often the option to get a game you want cheaper.
Its factually better than before, so why would you need to feel fomo to motivate yourself?
