Yes there is the seasonal badge.

There is. I got a card for it earlier when I made a purchase. It tells you on the purchase page that you'll get a card after spending a certain amount.

You also get card drops from making badges during the sale.

Yeah it’s sorted now. I spent £50+ last night but didn’t get any cards - just checked and the cards are there.
