Sale? Really?
Did the summer sale really begin or a is it a joke? 10-20 percent discount is really a huge sale rate? I knew when games were on 45-75-90 percent down on price past years and some of them were even huge franchises. What I see today is even indie devs and publishers do only 10-15 discount on games, some even dont ever do any, and thats sale that we waited nearly half a year. What do steam or devs expect with all these prices? For example a railrood tycoon game was on 45 discount for two weeks at 30 usd price which it is not worth believe me, they removed discount one week ago and today it is again 45 percent discounted. Then whats meaning of a huge sale, if it is same with a random discount during year. Most people seem to be hugely disappointed like me.

It's funny that because I also see 60 x 90% off, 4 x 91% off, 1 x 93% off, 1 x 94% off and 2 x 95% off games on my wish list.

Indiana Jones, Awoved, Railway Empire 2, Commandos Origins and so many are still 30 usd and more, they only did 25 percent discount except RE2 which did 45 percent but its original price of 60 usd was already ridiculous and still too expensive for a tycoon game.

And that's just your opinion. There are still plenty of games that are on massive sales.

Those games with huge discounts are the one nearly a decade year old.

It's not surprising that games released within the last six months have discounts of less than 33%.

Sometimes games don't have a bigger discount on a sale like the Summer sale because they already had one not long ago, as in the case with Resident Evil. Sometimes they also prefer to have their biggest sale at another sale such as the Winter Sale.

Don't expect a game to be the same price in all sales because you seen it on sale before.

Not all of them, not by a long shot. There are some with 90% discounts that are only two years old.

And you can also scroll down a big list and see games with as much as 75% off, which is still more than reasonable.
The Steam Summer Sales keep getting worse and worse — it’s a shame that it’s happening this way.

The problem with your link is that it is searching by "lowest price" and not by "discount" which seems to be missing from the search filter, not sure when they removed that. So, if a game is 95% off and isn't cheap enough it is not going to show on the list until further down the list.

Always funny when people falsely equate "stuff I want doesn't have the prices I want" to "the whole sale sucks".
