Is Steam having problems.? I have a couple of downloads in progress but they have been pauses with an in a que messager for a few hours n ow..no progress on anyothem.
All my downloads are paused.

You can only have one download going at a time. If all your downloads are currently paused, press play on one of them and let the download continue, then do so on the next and the next until they're all done.

It'd be nice to have them all download one after the other with one click, but this is how it currently works.
