do steam gifts need to be accept in order of who they were sent to?
decided to buy all my friends a game and one of them said they have not gotten it yet. but its in my invintory with no date set so i should just send.

... and that has a reason for instance someone hijacks your friends account and he sends a tonne of free dubious games to everyone on that friends list for exposure of those games even if the recipients don't want them the recipient now can just deny them instead of STEAM mindless adding them to your profile
