He didn't hack it, you gave your account details away. You might have logged into a site you thought was legit at some point and that's where they got you.

Lesson learned - never log in to anything but a verified site.
You weren't hacked. If hacking Steam accounts was viable, people far more important than any of us would be targeted. You were most likely phished, or used the same password and email address across multiple sites -- which, given you list a string other other accounts that were compromised, seems very likely to me.

Do ALL of these. Every single one.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
7. Make sure your steam recovery email account is secure

Steam support will not restore any items or wallet funds that have left the account for any reason.

Clearly you have malware or phishing material on your device. Password strength is irrelevant in this case.
Probably your brother or "friend". Did you share your computer with someone?

No, the account was not hacked. And the symbols in the thread title do not make this matter or misinterpretation any better in the slightest ...
I was wondering why you sent me a phishing link in chat...

Send me another friend invite when you get your account sorted.

Follow the steps provided in reply #2.
With all those different accounts compromised, you absolutely need to secure your computer. Malware is VERY likely.

Glad you got your account back.
