If you can find a copy of UT2004 or UT3, they have an onslaught mode with bots and vehicles.

Not many these days, Devs got lazy after Battlefield 1 and just after.. Star Wars Battlefront 1 and maybe 2 had bots and tanks..

well unreal tournament series, quake 3 (not really large scale and no vehicles, but do have bots), star wars battlefront series (both old, new and remastered). Killing floor 1 has large maps but no vehicles and you can use mod for bots, not sure of number 2. want to say rising storm 2 vietnam but to add bots is a mission and the bots is extremely low intelligence/not very good. can think of couple other military games but don't think they got bots or any kind of mods for bots. Just want to add red orchestra 1 & 2, large maps, bots and vehicle (but not much vehicles on maps) kind of a battlefield 1942 ripoff from tripwire

Arma 3 can have bots but you need DLCs to run some and Operation Flashpoint franchise are others, Ghost Recon Franchise and Farcry/Crysis might fill the niche.

Actually there was an old Terminator Game that had bots and vehicles on a large scale at one point.. I loved that game but i think it died. was called Terminator 3: War of the Machines

Indeed. Difficult to find these days especially with larger maps and vehicles. Still going back to Battlefield 2 from time to time. And the standalone mod Forgotten Hope 2 is pretty fun too. I play alot of multiplayer too but sometimes I just like playing on my own against bots.

Played them back in the day. Great games, but I'm more looking for FPS or TPS style games.

I haven't bought this game yet, but it looks interesting, but many say it's rather buggy at the moment. (The reason I haven't bought it yet!)

Saw that one too a while ago. But looks very rough and more like a mobile game.
