How long does steam take to approve a refund?

So Yesterday i recently buyed called "FC 25" Game and i buyed 2 time one is for my main and another one is for my alt account but the game doesn't meet our pc requirments
so i decide to refund and 17 hours later still didn't get refund approved
i have 1.7 hours played on main and alt account is 1 hours
it supposed to be 2 hours less and 14 days

Ohhh Ok Im just curious about refund i was little bit scared didn't my get refund but i have to wait patience thanks for telling
