Please revert the "Default compatability tool" thing.
I am a Linux user, and I liked being able to filter which games are native to Linux, and which aren't. I used to manually enable Proton for individual games, as and when I wanted to use them.

However, I loaded Steam up today, confused as to why filtering by Linux games is displaying ALL titles, and not native Linux ones. As mentioned, I liked to leave my list filtered by Linux native games, and manually enable Proton per individual game. It was easier to see for me.

Valve, please reverse this change.

Thank you.

There are no valve / steam employees or staff, server techs, steam support, or moderators in the 2 steam related sub-forums. No one in this USER only sub-forum can help you.

I'm looking for help, just wanted to give some feedback.

But thank you for letting me know that!

Just create a custom Category for your Native Linux games (which for sure are a lot less then non native ones).

And no, valve for sure wont revert that change, as they did that so that the majority of people who thinks that steam is the savior of gaming with their Linux client dont need to bother to check the options for that.

Yeah, but I shouldn't have to do be doing that. I should just be able to filter my games like the way it was before.
