Will my steam account get taken away from me?

so here is the story, someone i knew may or may not have told me that a steam account costs money so my parents may or may not have given him money to start a steam account, after that my dad attached his paypal account to that previously mentioned account. afterwards i started worrying that my steam account might be taken away from me because i searched on the internet and it said that people are not allowed to give steam accounts to others.

After i realised this i opened up a new steam account. But for whatever reason i didnt remove the paypal link that my dad had to the old steam account and now i purchased a game on the new account probably with the same paypal that is linked to my old steam account.

my question is, will my new steam account get taken away from me by valve because the paypal account that i used for my new steam account is linked to the old one that someone else might have made?

Your Steam account can be reclaimed by the original owner and since you or your parents aren't the original owners, you have no way to contest this should it happen.

You are at the mercy of the account creator.

It's also against the SSA to sell Steam accounts. So there's a risk the entire account will be banned too

Unlink your paypal from the bought account. Do not use it.

No, but as Maria said above, unlink the paypal from the other account and don't use it. If the account creator wants to take their account back, you won't be able to unlink your paypal from it.
