Not all bank cards around the world are accepted.

If your bank card is not accepted, then you need to find and use a method that is accepted.

Continuing to try and use a method that isn't accepted won't change anything.

Places like the SEA using POSB/DBS MasterCard have their stuff blocked by MC.

Some places no longer accept PayPal.

AMEX is no longer supported because of AMEX.

Egypt doesn't allow conversions to USD and Egypt is in a reduced USD region on Steam now.

I mean if you are offering to pay my rent and car payment... and whatever else I want then go ahead and drop dem numbers (this is a joke! Don't give out your credit info!) Anywho, make sure you have an adequate amount in your account and if need be try adding funds directly to your steam wallet, otherwise buy a gift card and do it that way.

You're only prolonging your difficulties by not naming your country. There are around one hundred and eighty of those you know, and the workarounds vary from one to the other. I seriously doubt the powers that be are present here. The traffic on this forum just wouldn't warrant that. If you're worried about a search spotting it. Then just spell it out really clumsily.

use a different payment method, also bit weird you REALLY WANT Hatred really bad, maybe book in for a psych eval aswell

Maybe the support of the crypto in this card made it difficult i think ?

I got no issue naming my country
but you,you always present in every discussion that i made, i appreciate your help mate
The credit card it's a visa from redotpay (support crypto exchange maybe that's the problem)
I'm from Algeria anyways

Have you asked Steam support for help with approved payments methods for your country? If they know your credit card type is not accepted they must be able to give guidance on an alternative payment method.

yes They just declined it and told to find alternative one
and all i did now is buying a legit key not like a shady websites , and thy accepted the payment easy
The problem is in The wallet i got ,maybe it's the crypto support feature

Valve is not a fan of crypto, so it's possible.
