I have some artwork I uploaded and when I select it and press delete, the page refreshes, then its still there?

"This will delete 1 item from the Steam Cloud. Do you want to continue?"

I click yes and low and behold its still there... this looks like a bug or glitch with steam as I have tried on another device and I'm having same issue...

Why can I not delete artwork? It lets me delete other artwork just specifically not this one photo
