Microsoft Flightsim Forum Ban

After some time away from the MSFS Forum, I was unable to login? I contacted Microsoft and they told me I was banned from the forum in July 2024? If I had been banned, I CERTAINLY would have remembered. Maybe you can get banned from a length of time of inactivity. NO IDEA! Microsoft have NOT given me any proof, of why I was banned!?

If you suddenly notice that your account got into "strange" situations which you cannot explain then it might be useful to check for any active API keys => https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey.

If you notice any entries on this page then it's likely that your account got taken over and is getting (ab)used by 3rd parties. In which case you need to secure your account ASAP. However... this also means that there's little you can do against any bans because it's very likely that the account did indeed do the "crime".

Yes, as ShelLuser mentioned, perhaps someone is using your account and doing nefarious things on it. If just getting banned off a forum is the worst thing, it is not as bad as losing your whole account. I hope your not sharing your account with other people. That is against the TOS.
