hi guys .
question , i refunded a game arpx about 36 hours ago , recived an email which the team is reviewing the refund and the ticket is still open ( played the game for 83 minutes and the game has been in the 2 week period ) but after the 36 hours the refund hasn't been initiated , what should i do ?

first time this happening , previous summer sales when i refunded it took 24H and the money was in my account , but maybe , yeah .
