You aren't owed a response about moderation actions.

Report block and move on.
Response for?

If you are waiting for them to give back your items, I have bad news for you. Otherwise, just know that they read every report. It took them more than a month to community ban a certain support impersonator that I reported some time ago :ReeneAHA:
There is no "somehow" you failed in doing something, if its not trading in a single window trading on hope that the other guy is trusted
Or if its because your account was comprimised likely as you sign in to a fake site that looked like Steam and they stolen your info
If its the latter, change your password, unauthorized other devices
If you got a key here revoke it:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey
When you open links never login on them, always open steam on your own and login from there, then if the link don't detect your sign in and ask you for username and password its likely fake, check the URL tripple and more to see
Is the ticket actually still open?
Two weeks for me om another matter as well. Never happened before. Usually i get responses the latest 48 hours.

Ty
The item is gone and will not be returned. If you've gone to the users profile and reported them then you may get a notification if they ever take action.

We have seen people get items stolen from pretty much all of them. Including that one.

All 3rd party websites are use at you own risk and are not support at all.

Items haven't been returned by Steam Support since 2015 or thereabouts.
Asking for support is like expecting pigs to fly.

it wasnt tradeit. it was either a fake tradeit site and not the real one, or (more likely) api scam, and not tradeits fault.

and yeah you just dont get your items back, idk what u saw.. but if the scammer dont decide to just send it back, there is no way u will get it back, steam support dont do that.

Not in the last decade you haven't. If they claim otherwise then they lied to you. Items aren't returned anymore because people abused the hell out of it when they offered it
