flashing scull
have you seen it?
just now, while i was going places around steam and upon returning to the library view, a big scull flashed on my screen for a moment.

its not a joke

i think i found it.
steam somehow bugged, while rendering the community content images for a game in the library view.
this must have been the image:

Just set "Disable Community content" in "Steam settings" => "Library". Problem solved.

this must be a new bug with the tiling of the community content. seems to be reliably repeatable.
