the hard truth: there is no breach. if 'history' is repeating itself, it is an individual problem.
computers are hard for a lot of people. that's why they have several science degrees and a few engineering degrees based on them.
if one has problems securing their computer, i would recommend either buy some textbooks off amazon on the topic, and read them, or shut it down. no one can do this for the individual.
