Who do i bring my steam questions to now?
Since it seems steam doesn't make own decisions do i have to contact visa, mastercard, or pay pal to see if a game of mine will be removed?

I bought recently as an example cyberpunk 2077 expansion. Now i believe there be nudity and mutually the unwanted mutilation in base game. I am gonna guess there is some speech or actions contrary to their rules too. but is that is ok because all fiction, but wait the problem is fiction.

If your gonna bend your knees to others without maintaining your own standards how reliable is that person and thing? Offering a service where i can spend my money how i want is one thing, but deciding what i can spend my money on seems dictatorial.

Before you buy it, you need to enter a valid birth date and it clearly says “Cyberpunk 2077 contains strong language, intense violence, blood and gore, as well as nudity and sexual material. ”

Removing the ability of people to purchase new copies =/= removing already purchased games from people's libraries.

They're both garbage, but the second one is vastly different than the first.

It's a political problem now (not necessarily a partisan one). Unless you manage to start a huge campaign against them, your voice will just fall on death ears.
