a dark day and uncertain future for the platform (again)
i understand steam's hands are possibly tied here but man this is a dark time for the platform. who knows what will be banned now by card processors who fully admitted they helped fund actual crimes and i feel bad for the people who have already lost games they were enjoying cause of this nonsense. the new rules are a huge hit to creative freedom and now devs who wanted to bypass console censorship by releasing here most notably key visual novels that often are censored everywhere but here are out of options. indie devs are gonna suffer the most here unfortunately, at what point do we as gamers get to enjoy anything? and if steam could have done something but folded anyway then shame on the platform.

this the 2nd time steam has taken this down recently because they deemed it "inappropriate" and it literally wasn't so steam might be quietly removing criticism of their guideline change. not a good look.

No, banning low quality porn shovelware won't lead to literally 1984 where orgasms are banned.

Sadly we have many pornography addicts who becomes hysterical and unreasonable when they are challenged even slightly.

Go make your own storefront and sell these games there, Steam doesn't need this kind of community.
