What happened to Steams only North Korean user?
I was looking at the global amount of players on steam on a world map - but I saw one singular dot which was in Pyongyang, North Korea. I don't know if this was some “high ranking official” or something but I know they would not tolerate that, as North Korea is basically isolated from the internet.

Maybe the map is outdated as I saw something that said how that North Korean user went inactive?

Do you know anything?

I know VPNs are a thing.
He was fed to the dogs for questioning whether Kim Jong-il actually made 11 holes in one his first time golfing.
Anyone with the potential freedom to do such a thing in NK would be aware of their world status and would use a VPN.

They have VPNs in North Korea used for hacking. Someone probably used it and forgot it was on.
It was probably a kid in the Russian embassy playing CS
