Would the moderators like to point out topic guidelines for each forum so people can not get arbirarily banned?

Its basically in someway "Off topic" 2, but more about off topic Steam things.
Im not allowed to talk about steam vendors even though they are part of steam. But this is not written ANYWHERE

Yeah. I've gotten that one before. Talk about games sold on the Steam Storefront and get told that it doesn't belong in Off Topic on Steam.

Because when you have a beef with COH3, you should take to the COH3 forum.
I strongly suggest steam support tickets for ban complaints. I've had multiple BS bans removed this way

What does that mean
The kicker is that they don't have to define it as you want. Just as you don't have to do that on a platform you own. Or your own house, which often is the easiest comparison.
