Some of them are actually quite good games. I especially recommend Baldr Sky, which you can play without applying the community patch and still have a blast.
Memoirs of a Battle Brothel is pretty much a love letter to Shadowrun. The only thing it doesn't have that Shadowrun has are dragons.
Flipwitch is a pretty fun metroidvania, but a few sidequests are bugged.
