Do you not see the irony in asking a company to take measures to prevent the banning of games despite the fact that they never needed any outside force to insist on such censorship in the first place? Valve have been happily banning games on a single person's whim for the last half a decade and change before payment processors even cared.
All you need to do is set up a kingdom of gamers on the moon, we know you can do it, get to work!
See how easy that is to say? How easy is it going to be for you to do it? Not at all? Imagine that.
valve owns no money. the money is owned by the banks. everyone else is merely "licensed" ;) to use them.
they can make a non-payment process though.
