Do note that if a Dev reads a thread you make in the hub, they are known to be very blunt and will often list what a user was caught doing, so if something was done wrong I would advise against posting there.
EAC is also an epic property and since you put in an appeal, a lack of a response from 2-4 weeks would likely indicate being caught doing something wrong. Else, in extremely rare scenarios if a program that is not malicious caused it and others were involved in a bad ban wave, bans are removed automatically usually within 2-4 weeks of receiving a game ban.
