Rust - innocent victims
Hello, I put in close to 100 inquiries and emails over the past 13 days to clarify my obvious and find the right to use the game fairly and normally, and I tried in every way, but it didn't work out, and I was tired of waiting without any contact, but I happen to know this site and I'm writing with the feeling that it's the last time

First of all, I'm a user of Rust games and I bought it through Steam and was enjoying the game.
I've been playing for more than 1800 hours for about 6-7 years since 2019, and I've always been using it honestly, so I've never been blocked or warned, and I've been using the game without any problems.
There was no fraudulent program use, and I always played only on my personal PC (home, studio), checked the logout thoroughly after using it, and there was no circumstance of sharing accounts with others or suspected hacking.
Recently, I played Rust on the PVE server for about a month, and I last accessed July 4th based on Seoul time in Korea, and after that, I purchased and played another game within Steam called Mount&Blade.
When I accessed Steam on July 9, I received a warning message that it was blocked by Easy-AntiCheat, and I was surprised, so I tried to access it, checked here and there, and put in an inquiry.
Steam said, "We don't have the authority" and asked the game company, and FacePunch game company said, "I don't know why, go to the security solution company and file an objection," and filed an objection with Easy Anti-Cheat, but 15 days later, the appeal is still pending without progress and there has been no contact about the progress.
I did nothing wrong, but I was blocked without knowing the reason, and even though I put in an inquiry and immediately implemented and made efforts according to the path and method instructed by the game company, it was not resolved, so I asked for an accurate solution inquiry and a request and confirmation from the relevant department.
Each service provider avoided responsibility by saying "talk to this side" and "talk to that side" and repeatedly cycled the delivery platform, game company and security solution company through the route they suggested, and after 13 days, nearly 100 inquiries were made without any consequential resolution, no contact on the progress, and no reason for the action was specified.
In the process, due to language translation limitations, Steam misunderstood my inquiry and took additional measures to change my personal information arbitrarily, and my writings on game evaluation and facts were made private, and my inquiry request was forcibly changed to a refund request, and now there is no answer to the inquiry.
Who blocked it when you don't have permission and why do you block it when you don't know why?
I just played games, what the hell did I do wrong?
I've played in a normal way without doing anything wrong, and it's unfair that I've been unjustified for no reason without clarifying the cause of the action based on the facts. Even though I've made active efforts to immediately implement the routes and methods suggested by the game company and explain the situation in detail to find my right to use the game normally, only additional unfair measures have occurred.

Fact
I enjoyed Rust for more than 6 years without any problems, and I last played Rust game until July 4, 2025 in Seoul time, Korea, and I never used any illegal program or cheating in Rust and any games. Until July 4, I never used a PC cafe, someone else's account, or someone else's PC, and I always accessed the game only at my personal PC (home or studio), and I always logged out thoroughly after using the game. I never shared or transferred my account to others. There are no special changes or suspected hacking situations, such as activity details or balance skin items in Steam.
However, on July 9, we were informed of the blocking due to the Easy Anti-Cheat issue.

The recent play was made on the PVE server

This server is a server that does not require the use of commonly known fraudulent programs, and the question of "what fraudulent programs can be presented based on the fact that they have been used?"
If you check the details and periods of small payments that are often found between the final play and days, such as skin items, DLC, and games within Steam, it is the behavior of the user who is enjoying the game from a common sense, not the one who predicted that he might be blocked suddenly using a fraudulent program
It claims that games in Steam other than Rust have never used fraudulent programs or other programs, and that even the use of DLC or mode is very limited
Rust Play claims to have been well used for years without suspicious behavior, blocking history, or warning for 1800 hours
I has played various F/TPS games for a long time, especially with participation in competitions, interview history, upload videos, etc. in the game such as MetalRage and Special Force2, and he/she will be confident in his/her skills, and he/she claims that he/she is disadvantageous in using fraudulent programs in recognition of himself/herself or clan in the game.
Even though it has been played normally, it has been unilaterally subjected to unfair measures without any confirmation or clarification, there is no communication, and additional unfair measures are suspected of deliberately blocking the purchase

Proof of reference
CCTV images (whether to use the relevant PC and access time)
Payment details and transportation movement details (real-time location information of the person)
Steam activity history (access and time), computer permissions (user and other users)
An acquaintance in Rust game (last access date, whether or not to access afterwards)
Actual call history (reference evidence)
Friend who was playing the game together in real time (reference witness)
Computer Body (Identification Evidence)
Email history (connection attempt history and notification)
Details of various inquiries (whether or not the claim is true and the process)

A user who had been playing the game normally was blocked from using the game without knowing the reason in the morning, and there was no explanation for the reason, so we do not know the reason.
No one even confirmed it, and the request for confirmation was ignored.
Requests to communicate opinions to officials and relevant departments were ignored, and the presentation of reference evidence was also ignored.
Since there is no further response and there is no way to solve this problem, f46b4b7e-40fb-4827-a39b-bc369a5459ee <15th day no progress, we will request a prompt and fair review and feedback on the progress of this case, and if it is not directly related, please help to forward it to the relevant department or the relevant person.

I really don't do anything wrong, but I've been given unfair action, and it doesn't solve it, what on earth do I do?

Do note that if a Dev reads a thread you make in the hub, they are known to be very blunt and will often list what a user was caught doing, so if something was done wrong I would advise against posting there.

EAC is also an epic property and since you put in an appeal, a lack of a response from 2-4 weeks would likely indicate being caught doing something wrong. Else, in extremely rare scenarios if a program that is not malicious caused it and others were involved in a bad ban wave, bans are removed automatically usually within 2-4 weeks of receiving a game ban.
