Star Vortex has no Licenses:

When play what is a demo, steam pops up an Error of this game not having a Licenses and will not open. Broken demo or something more related to its sales.

The people who can fix this are more likely to see the problem if you post on the game's forum.

I can not find Star Vortex demo in the store. It's possible the demo was removed/discontinued.

Demo Removal

We're just 10 days out from the Early Access launch! To stay focused on making the best version of the game possible, the demo will be coming down from the store soon and won’t be updated on other platforms for now. Don’t worry though, it'll be back sometime after launch.
