your in the wrong forum, This is a STEAM related sub-forum, to discuss Ideas and suggestions for valve to make to the steam User Interface on the App, client and website and online steam services.

Steam does not go looking for games to be added, you need to talk to that games publisher and request them to sell a pc version via steam.

Well since most high level Playstation Games come to Steam sooner or later, you just have to wait. In the meantime, you should ask Playstation on their X account.
