If you believe there's a significant issue with what's listed on the store, go to the products page and use the little flag icon to report it.
This has already been done and reported by many players. Apparently, no one at Steam cares that they themselves are selling nonexistent products and are only seeing dollar signs...
But they don't seem to know that this kind of behavior, these dollar signs in front of their eyes, will result in fines if they continue to sell nonexistent products.
That's why it's being made a bit more public, so that they might clear their eyes and see what criminal things they're currently doing there... ;)
Apparently fixing inaccuracies regarding listed product features isnt a priority
In ops case, it seems to download this dlc you have to connect to the game devs server which has been down since early july.
So yes steam as a sigital storefront might be liable for fraud, but something tells me if they just explain the situation to valve they would also likely get a refund
One has to properly define the problem to talk about it (and the car example does ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to properly define the problem).
So even though you cannot access the DLC currently it is still being sold to customers without a disclaimer
Why did you translate your comment into German?
Ohh okay. Thanks.
