seeing this topic so much got me thinking and researching
idk if i understand this correctly but according to art 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, pressuring or abusing by by one or more undertakings of a dominant position within the internal market.
especially part a) describing one variant of such abuse as

"directly or indirectly imposing unfair purchase or selling prices or other unfair trading conditions."

wouldnt this make the recent removel of games due to pressure by payment processors completely illegal within the eu, since valve aswell as visa / mastercard bothl operate within the european market?
