This is a user forum. If you want any sort of advice, you need to actually provide some proper information like what kind of an error message you're getting etc.

Why can't I answer a question that gives absolutely no detail of what the problem is?

Yeah, aight it basically says ''your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company''

Which type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Paysafe...) and which country?

There's been issues with Visa and Turkey a while now, you're going to have to contact them.

Call whoever you have your Visa card with. The error message clearly states they are declining the charge. Go find out why.
