You can use low performance mode, disable animated avatars & frames, disable community content if using the client and see the result.

Else, what gpu are you using? Are you talking about 100% functional speed or actual 100% on the chip?

It happened if I'm not mistaking dates here back in November as well I believe? This issue was solved after about 3 months. It was an issue with their new overlay or something and the library window. Might be further back. I genuinely can't remember

gpu is 2070 and should not be a issue

watching vids in browser only uses 12%

- i just turned off hardware video decoding.... see if that helps...
