Steam Support Sucks
I was banned from the CS2 discussions for 3 days over something I posted as being "Off Topic". I reported it as being falsely reported, and it would be pretty easy to tell if Valves customer support wasn't all AI. My biggest issue is that every single time that I address an Issue like this to "Customer Support" I get a pre generated AI response. Is there a way to actually get in touch with a real person at Valve?

not liking the answer you got does not mean it was AI written nor does it mean an AI is what responded to your ticket. companies use pre written responses to streamline ticket times.

if you were banned from the CS2 discussion forum and wish to appeal it, reply to the ban notice you received.

Valve should be ashamed of themself for not using actual human for Support and rely on AI that will not do the job.

I have replied and if a person was to actually look at the post topic and then read the post that was reported they would know that it was right on topic. The odd thing is that it doesn't say "reported by a Steam account" it says "reported by a member of Steam Support"

Should not really matter, as that only means that someone from support saw that, reported it and a (steam) Moderator of that hub took action.

So a member of Steam Support is actively posting in the CS2 discussions and reporting posts that they do not like? That makes since, them being a member of Seam Support means that you cannot dispute it. That's not right at all and is a total abuse of power!

You aren't given information about who reported any content that Steam Support acts upon.

"reported by a member of Steam Support" is not true and never has been.

If my account wasn't limited I would show a screenshot to prove that is exactly what it says

Steams support is a disaster for sure but when you are as large as steam and in a monopolistic position you can pretty much do whatever you like. The best thing to do is try to use other platforms that actually conduct themselves like a proper business.
