Old Cods

I have a very specific question I am aware it gets asked A LOT but I just want to be safe. If I were to download BO1 or WAW would it be safe for me keeping those games downloaded on my PC? Lastly (this question is kinda dumb) if I play the games WITHOUT my internet on would I be okay? Again I'm aware this is a repeated question I just want to be sure. Thank you!

Those titles are prone to RCEs in multiplayer only.
