Your profile is also private so we can't verify anything you are saying such as playtime. For instance how much playtime does it REPORT you spent, as PREVIOUS playtime you might have accrued on the game counts, so if you had 1.9 hours already and played for another .4 you would be over the limit
So you didn't answer a single question. So again
1. What game?
2. How many hours does it show that you have played?
3. What was the reason you got for the refund being denied?
Just for clarification, when you say they didn't respond, what do you mean? Was your refund request denied or just not answered? Is the refund request still open?
Just because it happened really fast for you in the past doesn't mean that is the normal time and it certainly doesn't mean you got scammed.
If they deny a refund they will tell you.
Sigh. The moment you send the refund request counts for the 14 days time limit, not the moment they answer you.
So if you send a refund request on day 5 of owning a game and they would only answer on day 17 then it still counts only the 5 days for the refund time limit and it would be approved.
Ok, so, at this point I am going to assume that this is just trolling. No one is that dim. So engaging any further in this is pointless.

Wtf u talking about im a user and i expect everything to work as usual if they can't solve their issues itsnt my problem yes trash store why they dont have a quick response to support or live chat support ha? Is it my fault that they didn't do their job, why it takes so much time to get a help here while on epic games i get help in 1 min in live chat support, why I didn't move to epic games then, because i already have so much games here, if i can transfer my games i will never back to this trash can
