Absolutely. However there have been, are, and will be plenty of good and great games out there. Likewise, there will be bargin bin trash. That actually hasn't changed in the last 40 years. The only thing that has changed are the trolls using manufactured outrage and clickbait, that was borne from the rise of social media, as their desperate cries for attention. Games haven't really changed all that much. They just got prettier graphics.
And now people finally able to pushback and speark freely on the issue - suddenly it's a problem? what the heck is this double standards?
Do you have any example of that censorship?
Social Activists groups will continue to use the payment processors till all lewd content vanishes but then another activist group will use the same method till violence is also toned down removing blood & gore. Then suddenly certain themes can't even be discussed and all you will be left with is sanitized slop.
So this need to be stopped at all cost and payment processors should not have this power, they need to be regulated. It's not a free market if they have a duopoly.
Plenty of games for ALL to enjoy

No, because "games journalists" made games political.
We don't have compelling stories, because inserting ideology became what got games good scores.
Blame the woke people for being totalitarian and injecting politics into hobbies for that.
And yes, I know what totalitarianism is, I spent my whole childhood behind Iron Curtain with literal Ministry of Censorship "approving" (or not) every single published movie and book.
There are thousands of games untouched by whatever you think is "politics".
