Isn't there better things to be angry about than the silly fictional stuff you made up in your head?
I mean activists nad payment processors are getting angry about fictional stuff. What's wrong with returnign what they can obviously dish out?
So instead of contacting the payment processors to ask them to change their policies, which is very unlikely to happen, you people decide the adult way to handle this is to act like children on a forum they will never read?
You are bot h saying that them changing their policies is unlikely to happen and that we should prusue exactly what you claim is not going to happen? Make up your mind. Should people contact the payment processors or would it not work? Sounds like your real goal here is just to try and silence anyone saying thigns you don't like on the forums.
You really think a small group of outraged kids will change the minds of Visa and Mastercard?
A huge majority of Steam users just don't care that a few super niche games that no one was really buying anyways, were removed from sale. But contacting them would be a better use of your time than what you are doing now.
I"m not convinced you care about what actually gets results. You're j sut one fo the peo ple who either doesn't care about, or flat out approves of the censorship of these titles and can't stand to see people pushing back agaist it. You don't cre ao tu the issue you jsut think the response to it is an eyesore and want to silence it. The more you tell people to shut up, the mroe vocal I will be.
I couldn't care less about incest/non-consensual themed games being removed, that is correct. And if you wanna keep screaming here, go ahead. It don't bother me none as I'm done with this thread.
So, why engage in this discussion? What significance do the contents of the games hold in this context? Do you believe you can shame people into accepting censorship simply because you find certain themes too uncomfortable to be included in fiction or unworthy of protection because you think they're icky?
Claiming such for some sort of shock value isn't really going to get you anywhere. Simply because it is not true.
It was also brought to my attention that the average users that were playing these affected games was 2.17
That is not going to bury this platform, not even close.
