Authenticator and marketplace
Steam keeps asking me to open an app on my phone every time I want to sell some cards, but it says here if I remove this phone thing the listing is held for 15 days. I donn't want to keep the app on my phone. How do I make so I can just press the sell button on the marketplace and BOOM, card on sale, no phone shenanigains no 15 days held no steam ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

The simple answer is that you can't. It's a scam protection function.

You can remove the authenticator and not have to use the app, but then two-factor authentication will be done through your e-mail, and you'll also have to make trading/market approvals through the e-mail, which is arguably even more of a hassle.

Market confirmations for all items without using the app was silently added back shortly after the Spring Sale ended.

There was no announcement about the rollback of the "Relaxed Confirmation Requirements."
