One article of many on the subject. I am unable to find the origional source.
https://www.pcgamer.com/50-of-transactions-were-fraudulent-when-steam-accepted-bitcoin-for-payments-says-gabe-newell/
I don't really see them taking a chance on another form of crypto and you shouldn't either.
I think payment processors said 10% of all adult purchases were refunded as well. So it is nice that Gabe accepts that loss at least.
The article is the source as it was the interview they had with GabeN.
the only crypto i know are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, there cant possibly be any places where people actually use crypto to pay for stuff!
Basically every single VPN provider offers crypto payment option. If VPNs can do it, then Steam can do it as well
Even if they do, they still won't be able to sell those types of games without losing access to Visa and Mastercard. VPNs don't exclusively take cryptocoins, do they?
Jesus, I wouldn't use a VPN that exclusively takes crypto, who the ♥♥♥♥ knows what they're doing with my data.
