The genie isn't going back in the bottle no matter how hard you or anyone else tries. Trying to do so is just an exercise in futility. The only way this ends is similar to how Steam operates now, regulated but not banned outright.

AI content has been in a lot of games going back 3 years.

Especially CoD titles and many live service games.

Except games have had many forms of AI for decades.

It's just some games use it for other forms such as AI art and voices that is the new method some people do not like.

Generative content has been in games for a long time also and it's just another method of making games easier for devs and it is not going anywhere.

You are not going to be able to avoid it and most games will simply use it as a tool and not as the main way to make a game as those as easy enough to avoid just by watching a gameplay trailer for now at least.
