I"m just done givi ng VISA, MastarCard, Paypal, Valve, and Itch.io any money until trhey shape up.

If Steam wants my money they need to tell Visa, Mastercard etc to shut the ♥♥♥♥ up. If I purchase a game and it gets censored afterwards (yeah I'm talking about you Ready or Not) I demand a refund no matter how long its been since I authorised payment.

If my demands are too much, fine. I won't purchase games on Steam anymore.

Valve needs Mastercard and Visa. Mastercard and Visa do not need Valve. Boycotting Valve will achieve nothing. Even if Valve refused to bow to the payment processor's demands, they would just pull Valve's source of revenue, and Steam would be shut down by the end of the year.

Meanwhile, good luck getting by without Visa and Mastercard in your life. Chances are your bank card uses them. You could just use cash, but what percentage of commerce is online these days?

This problem needs to be solved in legislation. Support the Fair Access to Banking Act[www.congress.gov]. Call your state representative.Write those on the senate committee for banking, housing, and urban affairs. Spread the word. Everyone who needs to know should be made to have zero doubt as to where the people stand on this issue.

I suggest getting cash and buying Steam giftcards if you are able. then you are bypassing Visa and Mastercard and even paypal.

If you want to fight. Actually fire at a target that is actually worth firing at. Boycotting Steam is laughable at best. Valve's hands are tied, it's not a fight they can truely get involved in. That's your fight now. Call whoever cares about this if you want things to change but valve ain't it. All they can do is protect their lifeline.
