Steam shop nation change
i've been trying for a few days now to change my Nation since i'm in Italy and i can't do it... when i pay with a local payment method it just gives me an error and guess what the steam support doesn't wanna help me, they just keep sending me automatic messages saying that i have to use a local payment method and DUH i am.
any help?

you local payment method has to match your home address. If you moved you need to update everything. if you are just visiting you wont be able to match a local payment method to your home address/

the support simply says to me to change payment method but i kept changing it and nothing changed.

of course i also changed it, i have tried a local Mastercard, Visa and also Paypal, nothing works, exact home address, the only thing that is different is my Steam Region. that i can't change unless i buy something, and i can't lol

also, i have an alt account, i simply dmd them and they changed the region for me and i was capable of making purchases
