I have several games in my library which say you are not.
Early Access games are explicitly labeled as such. Hell, this warning even comes before the "Cart" button! You're told, explicitly, that you're buying an unfinished game. If you then agree to buy an unfinished game, that's not a scam. That's you making an informed decision.
READ the BIG BLUE BOX that is on the store page of EVERY Early Access game.
It tells you that the game is NOT complete and may never be finished and you are buying it for its CURRENT state.
If you decide to buy it and then get upset that the game isn't getting updates, well you got EXACTLY what you payed for.
Mmkay. Here's your winner medal, your complimentary free internet and some confetti.
